Baby! And everything’s fine! No horns or cloven hooves, so I’d consider it a victory, already.

PINK!
The 4D ultrasound was very, very cool. I’d highly recommend it to anyone who’s trying to decide whether to pay extra for one or not.
She’s measuring right on track and is very active. The 2D (regular) ultrasound profile shots bear a strong resemblance to the profile shots we have of Madalyn and JZ.

About msmaryb

I'm a native Californian who lives in Oklahoma. I'm a full-time student, pursuing a Bachelors in Anthropology, following which I hope to attain a Masters in Archaeology. I have three kids, one husband, no pets, and a lot of friends - most of whom live inside my computer. I love to read, write, watch tv (shut up, we can't all be brain surgeons), shop, and travel. I'm trying to set foot in all 50 states before I die. I have 38, so far. I love the Beatles and Maroon 5, and if you think those two things are incongruous, well, they are. But that's me. When I love something, I love it 100%. I don't do anything halfway. I want to know everything there is to know, so I'm trying to cram as much into my brain as I can in the short amount of time I'm allotted in this dimension.

  1. Hooray!!!
(See that? I’m always basing my guess on Mama’s Gut from now on. This was the first baby I’ve “guessed” correctly in years!)
Congrats, Mary. She’s goregous (amazing photo, btw). So excited for all of you!!!

  2. Oh Mary, she is beautiful already! I’m so glad my Boy guess was wrong — although a beautiful baby is a beautiful baby, whatever flavor. Congratulations on your gorgeous pink bundle!

  3. Whoa! I can’t beleive that picture! That is amazing, but more importantly hooray for the beautiful baby girl. From that one shot, I think she looks like John Zachary! Love Ya!
